There are a number of factors, both male and female, that can affect fertility. Stress has been shown to have a major impact to the balance of hormones in the body of both men and women. Hormonal imbalance has been shown to adversely affect fertility.
Reflexology for Fertility
Reflexology has been shown to be an effective treatment to reduce stress and so help restore hormonal balance in the body. Although reflexology cannot claim to be a cure for infertility, many couples have found it an effective treatment on their journey to having a baby.
